Amazing service!! The front desk guy was super polite and easy to work with. The car was ready to go and took about 10 minutes total to get it on the road. Paid my deposit and there was no hidden fees. Upon returning the car it was a quick drop off and we were headed back to the airport. This was the best rental car company we have ever used! 100% recommend.
Great customer service and beautiful prices! I had to shift my rental start time by a few hours, and a rep emailed me back the same day to assist me. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and had my key in-hand within 5 minutes, with no extra unwarranted fees. The car itself was nearly spotless, brand new, and rode like a dream. Fairly quick pick up even with a bus load of guests. No extra surprise charges, just be sure to top off your gas before returning. Take pictures for your protection before picking up the car, just in case.
